• The school is opened for admission to both Boys and Girls.
  • Registration to L.K.G. is done in the 1st week of January and the candidates are to appear for interview along with the parents on the assigned date.
  • Registration is no guarantee for admission.
  • Eligibility for admission to the L.K.G. class is three and a half years.
  • New admissions will be made subject to the vacancies in each class in the month of April.
  • Every new pupil must bring
  • A transfer certificate , if the pupil comes from a recognized school
  • Guardians are asked to fill in the admission form with utmost accuracy. No subsequent changes will be permitted thereafter for any reason whatsoever.
  • Pupil applying for admission is as a rule subject to an entrance examination , the syllabus for which will be of the one to which admission is sought. The right to admit them to those classes for which they have been found fit is entirely reserved to the school authorities .
  • Student joining the school in between the school session will be charged the whole year’s fees.


  • Student leaving the school in between the school session will be charged the whole year’s fees.
  • Students can be removed by the school authorities on one of the following grounds:-
  • Constant weakness in studies.-
  • Irregularity in attendance.
  • Misbehaviour.
  • Non- payment of fee or irregularity in payment.
  • Transfer certificate will be given only to those who have settled all their dues and apply for transfer certificate.


  • It is compulsory for the students to have 75% of their attendance in a year to make them eligible for promotion to the next class. Promotion to the next class is granted on the basis of Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation.
  • Going out of station is not a solid reason for a child for not appearing at his/her examination. Absence or failure in any subject excludes a student from being reckoned in the order of merit in the examination.
  • No examination will be taken either before or after the scheduled time. Anyone found indulging in malpractices during the examination is liable to be debarred from further examination and if subsequently discovered, the whole examination of the candidate shall be cancelled.
  • No re-test or re-examinations will be conducted.
  • No candidate will be admitted to any of the examinations unless school dues are paid in full.
  • A pupil failing twice in the same class will have to discontinue his/her studies in the school.
  • Results declared at the close of the year are final in all cases and will not be reconsidered


  • Application for leave with the name and class of the student clearly given , should be sent before hand, stating the reason and the period , if the student is absent , without leave for more than 10 days his/her name will automatically be struck off the rolls and re-admission may not be granted.
  • No children will be sent home during the class hours without the written application of the parents.
  • Absence on the opening day following a vacation is punishable by a fine of Rs. 25/- per day.


  • Tuition fees are payable for twelve months.
  • A student is liable to be struck off the rolls ,if arrears of fees accumulate beyond six months.
  • If the Parents find it more convenient they have the option of depositing the fees for the whole term or the whole year in advance.
  • Parents shall kindly show the receipt issued to them in proof of payment if needed.
  • No allowance in fees is made for broken periods.
  • Results will not be given to the pupils who fail to clear the school dues.


  • The scholastic year is from April to March.
  • Absence on the opening day following a vacation is punishable by a fine of Rs. 25/- per day.


  • Students are expected to make proper use of the library. Absolute silence is to be maintained both in the library and Reading room .
  • Only one book can be borrowed at a time. Periodicals and reference books are not issued .
  • Delay in returning the book taken from the library will entail a fine of Re. 1/- per day.
  • Books scribbled upon, torn or otherwise damaged or defaced or lost must be paid for , at a rate to be determined by the librarian
  • Physical defects of a book if any must be brought to the notice of the librarian by the student borrowing it at the time of its issue , otherwise the student borrowing will be responsible for it.
